Return & Refund Policy

At Bhuk Foods, we strive to serve every meal with care, hygiene, and punctuality. Since all our meals are freshly cooked and delivered on a prepaid-subscription basis, refunds or returns are not applicable once an order has been prepared or delivered.

However, we understand that sometimes plans change — that’s why we’ve introduced a flexible “No Meal Day Plan.”

🍽️ 1. No Meal Day Plan (Skip-a-Meal Credit Policy)

• Subscribers can skip their meal(s) by submitting a No Meal Day Format least 48 hours in advance.

• For each approved “No Meal Day,” a ₹50/day credit will be added to the subscriber’s account.

• The credit will be adjusted automatically in the next month’s subscription bill.

• A subscriber can avail this facility for a maximum of 15 days per month.

• No verbal or last-minute requests will be accepted. Only online form submissions are valid.

• If the skip request is not received within 48 hours, the meal will be considered prepared, and no refund or credit will apply.

⚖️ 2. Return or Replacement Policy

• As meals are perishable and made to order, returns are not accepted once delivered.

• In case of a wrong meal item or spillage during delivery, customers must report it within 1 hour of receipt via WhatsApp or phone (📞 7595923777).

• Valid complaints verified by Bhuk Foods may receive an equivalent meal credit in the next billing cycle.

🧾 3. Cancellation Policy

• New Subscriptions:

  • Can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment before the first meal cycle begins for a full refund.

• Mid-month Cancellations:

  • If a subscriber wishes to stop mid-cycle, unused days will be credited as per the No Meal Day Plan (₹50/day).

  • No cash refunds are provided; only credits are carried forward to the next month.

📜 4. General Terms

• All refund or credit decisions are subject to final verification by Bhuk Foods Management.

• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another subscriber.

• Policy terms may be revised periodically and will be updated on this page.
