We are Agarpara's first professional home-style meal subscription service. Unlike standard tiffin centers, we operate a controlled cloud kitchen focused on nutrition. Our motto is "Bhuk for Bhukas"—we fuel your success with food that tastes like home but is managed with professional hygiene.
Q: Is your kitchen FSSAI registered and hygienic?
Yes, absolutely. We hold a valid FSSAI License (No: 22825131000756). We follow a strict SOP.
Q: Who is this food suitable for?
Our meals are designed for Students, Working Professionals, and Small Families in Agarpara and Sodepur who need daily nutrition without the "heaviness" of restaurant food. We also offer specialized plans like the Bhuk Athlete Meal (High Protein) and Exam Focus Meal (Brain Fuel).
Q: Where is your kitchen located?
We operate from a dedicated rooftop kitchen at Agarpara, Kolkata 700109. We are real, local, and transparent.
Q: What time will my food arrive?
We offer the earliest delivery slots in Agarpara to suit office-goers and students:
Breakfast/Lunch Box: Delivered between 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM. (Pack it and go!)
Dinner: Delivered between 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM. (Eat early, sleep better.)
Q: Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently serve Agarpara, Panihati, Sodepur, and nearby accessible lanes. If you are unsure about your specific lane, just WhatsApp us your location pin!
Q: Who cleans the tiffin containers?
Hygiene is a two-way street! We request subscribers to wash and dry the containers before returning them the next day. This ensures no fungus or bacteria build-up. Note: We take a ₹500 refundable security deposit for these high-quality containers.
Q: How does the monthly subscription work?
It is simple and worry-free. You pay once in advance for the month. Your plan auto-expires at the end of the cycle unless renewed. We accept UPI, Cash, and Bank Transfers. Note: Service starts only after payment is received.
Q: Can I skip a meal if I am going out? (No-Meal Credit Policy)
Yes! We understand life happens.
How: Inform us via WhatsApp 48 hours in advance.
Benefit: You receive a ₹50 credit per skipped day.
Limit: You can claim credits for up to 15 days a month. These credits reduce your bill for the next month.
Q: Can I customize my meal plan?
Yes. Apart from our standard "Bhuk Basic," you can upgrade to specific health goals like the Go-Slim Fat Loss Plan or add Guest Meals if you have visitors. Customizations must be discussed at the time of subscription.
