Terms & conditions

Bhuk Foods is a prepaid monthly meal subscription.
Delivery: free for BLPGA residents and self-pickup. Home delivery is quoted at signup.
A refundable security deposit of ₹250 applies to self-pickup and home delivery (not BLPGA).
Service Mon–Sat. Sunday is always off; no charge.
You may cancel any day up to 4 PM the previous day. After that, the day locks and is charged.
Cook-leave or global off days: no delivery, no charge — your plan extends by that day.
Damage schedule — deducted from your security deposit:
- Small container — ₹25
- Medium container — ₹50
- Container lid — ₹50
- Large container — ₹100
- Carrier bag — ₹75
- Full tiffin kit replacement — ₹250
On exit: remaining meal balance + security deposit (less any damages) are refunded.
A photo may be required to record a damage charge.
